Incontinence is an extremely disrupting & embarrassing condition for women which shows up generally elder ages. However, sometimes due to certain reasons younger women may suffer incontinence conditions if bladder prolapses (due to difficult labour, connective tissue disorders, some genetic diseases etc.)
Incontinence means involuntary leakage of urine. There are many factors amongst its causes; e.g. bladder infections, bladder stone, bladder tumour, fistulas generating after operations, radiation and scar tissue develops after infection, stroke, multiple sclerosis (MS) disease, Parkinson disease senile demance (old age related dotage), spine damage or some medicines (anti-depressives, diureticals, psychological medicines and illnesses such as diabetes, depression, goitre.
First of underlying cause must be established and then those patients should be treated.
